We have identified an issue that can affect some players who are using a slow internet connection where Chest Rewards can sometimes be delayed when being added to your inventory.
What may happen is that when you open a chest, the rewards will look like they've been added to your inventory, some cards may even indicate that more cards have been added and are now ready to upgrade. However, when you attempt to upgrade the card nothing will happen.
If you experience this issue, there are two ways to resolve the problem:
- Simply restart the CCB App and this should force your inventory to update.
- If you have another card that previously had an upgrade already available before you opened the most recent chest, then upgrading this card will also force your inventory to update.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue, and if you do experience this then we would highly recommend that you attempt to use another form of internet connection, be that switching from Mobile Data to Wi-Fi or vice-versa.
