If you've found yourself here, you're probably having an issue getting into the game, which could be for a few reasons:
Castle Creeps Battle requires a constant internet connection this is because we store all of your progress for you, allowing you to instantly access it whatever device you play on and more importantly allowing us to give some of it to people you compete within game.
In particular, when playing matches, you will most likely need a WiFi connection or strong mobile signal because these are times when we're sending more information to your device (the moves that your opponent is making), and we need them to get there on time.
Find a stronger internet connection:
The most obvious answer is to connect to the internet from a more stable location, this might be moving a low quality cellular connection to a higher quality one, moving to WiFi or moving to a different WiFi signal if necessary. In most cases, this will solve any connectivity issues.
Disable or uninstall ad-blocking or virus scanning apps on Android:
Some Ad Blocking or Anti-Virus apps work by merely blocking domains that associate with advertising images or viruses. In theory, this is great, but often these can affect a legitimate file storing website, alongside other legitimate files like the ones we use. Unable to tell the difference the ad blocking will prevent you downloading our game content to try and stop you seeing adverts.
